We weren't a very big group considering the facts that mostly everyone was put into partnerships at random. Many people got those they liked and those they didn't like. Some where also neutral about who they got, they only thrived for new experiences. I have never really seen myself good in terms of collaboration. That, I could provide plenty of information/evidence on why I believe so. When it comes to working with one or more people, I will usually work better with those that I don't know well than those I do. This is why I don't like choosing my partners as just based on knowing that I will mostly go with friends and in the end in never ends up well. I should have definitely work more on the final product as I still feel as my partner did too much work. She, if asked, might argue that I had other things to do like building my model of the atom. To be true, that could have pushed aside or completely discarded at the current time. She ended up writing the summary of the court case and drawing the drawing which if we were given slightly more time to work could have been turned into actually armbands. .
Talk about what you learned/how you worked during this project in terms of the learning outcomes: How did you use work ethic, collaboration, oral communication, written communication, and content in this project? There was plenty more we could have worked on if we had the time to do so. Our time was cut short however as if we only just had an additional couple of weeks to work on the project we could have the writing more refined but what would have especially better would having the art piece what planned on having it before, an actual armband that has a white peace sign. We found that no matter how hard you have initially work on a project or a piece of work. If you don't have an infinite amount of time to work on it it will never turn out the way you want it to be. I could have been a better partner overall as I felt as i didn't do my fair share of work and my partner did more or less 2/3 of what we were supposed to do together. This may have been as I had to work on other things but as of current time I still feel that my time could've definitely been better schedule. Oral communication was all over the place as we rarely talked to each other. We would ask each other questions on what to do but we would only end up saying yes or no and giving a brief summary of why we believe so. Written communication was better in many different ways but it was not good. We would end up giving each other notes that seemed useful to each other. We would take them, use them, and give them back and possibly say thanks. It was usually just good information we found of a reliable website and thought, "Hey, that looks pretty good." We both agree that we wished we had more time to work on our art piece as we were never truly sure what we wanted to make for it. We had multiple drafts and we eventually landed on; Simple but Efficient. This was chosen purely on time restraints.
There was plenty I learned in this project, ranging from how ridiculous court cases can be to how decisions are made. When it comes to the courtroom, decisions can be made in multiple ways. By multiple I mean two with multiple varieties. You can either have a judge trial or jury trial. It mainly is just the difference between having one person decide if the defendant is guilty or not than 12 people. Many argue between which is better overall, its unavoidable to not see someone who believes that it should only be judge trials and see them arguing with those who believe otherwise. Integrity was pretty high throughout the entirely of the project between my partner and I. We were always striving to get the best out of what we had. Making situations slightly more extreme and adding our own questions and thoughts. Making things more specific and readable but still retain an original form. We both did what we needed to do and when we didn't know what to do we pondered how we could make the art piece or writing better. If it was only one, we would simply ask the other. We had respect for each others opinions, changing ours when we saw the other's as more reliable and more efficent. There was no arguing about anything, we would have discussions which would always end with both parties being happy.
My partner could not make it to the exhibition we had which seemed like a bad thing at first until I realize that the only thing different about it was that my partner couldn't say their opinion on the project which didn't add any extra stress on me. There was definitely was more information I could have given my partner, I felt that I hid some info from her simply because I forgot I had it. I would grade myself to a high A-, I did well overall but was lacking in some small things. Freedom of what you can wear has a big impact on a lot of people. If this case was not passed, we would have probably been even more restricted on what we can and cannot wear. Other than being slightly confused in why my partner could not make it, which can easily be discarded as its not info that I need to know as personal stuff will and have happened for long periods of time and will never truly go away. We will always have dumb reasons for be gone. By 'dumb' I mean as in excuses, when was the last time you have ever told the truth to someone to get out of doing something. I will say one thing, I don't remember the last time I have.
