I'm getting data but I have my doubts about it being sufficient. I need to collect a higher concentration of Aquatic plants. I have already been able to collect some data. But it seems that the small amount of duckweed (Algae) may be messing with the results. I plan on get a different type of aquatic plant either through the biology lab or from online to hopefully have a more diverse set of results. It has also been hard to keep track of time as some samples are dying quicker than expected while other I have to leave at the lab overnight which is causing some inconsistency. What I need to do is find a way to get a higher concentration of aquatic plants and find more chemicals to test with as well.
My Current Chemical data is shown below (updates will occur when data is changed or more is added)

Majority Opinion- The constitution states that each individual person has the freedom of speech, but there needs to be limits to everything. The respondents in this case seek to find the restrictions to what people can say online, in songs, essays, stories, and in the real world. Threats are a growing issue and continue to grow even more as technology advances. We can not be trustful of everyone and we need to make sure that everyone is as safe as they can be. My analysis from the case brings me to the conclusion that if anyone says anything that has more than a little bit of reasonable suspicious they should legally be allowed to be arrested and question. Therefore in this case, Elonis would have been arrested for making suspicious threats, after they are done questioning him and searching for intents or points of evidence that point to the threat happening, they may decide to release him or put him to trial. The three points that I will discuss demonstrate that anything that can be deemed suspicious of any reasonable person will be considered suspicious unless no intent or motive can be found. We will start that everything needs two sides.
Light without darkness is blinding, darkness without light nothing can be seen. It is argued that everyone should have freedom of speech. Being able to say or do whatever you want or can. The Freedom of Speech is lawful and a part of the constitution. Everyone should be able to say whatever they want, but the problem stands you can’t have a law with no restriction and you can’t have a restriction with no law. Freedom of speech needs its standpoints. You should be able to say whatever you need wherever, either be on social media or videos. The stuff that is said needs to be looked at though, we need to watch to make sure no threats. Freedom of speech is the freedom to say what you want about whatever, but this does not include the freedom to say that you are going to harm someone. It needs to be the case where people who say or ask questionable things are legally allowed to be taken in to be questioned. Even if rappers such as Eminem spoke about killing their wife it doesn’t mean they weren’t questioned about. When Eminem made the album named, “Kill you” the Secret Service came to his house and questioned him about his album and any intentions he may have had with the songs. Popularity doesn’t save you and isn’t everything. Being questioned is not a violation of human rights. Being alert about what people say and do is a huge key to higher safety for civilians. Even if Elonis had disclaimers that what he was saying is ‘Artistic Expression’ it was still viewed as a threat by his Wife and FBI agents. It was proven that it wasn’t a threat, that doesn’t excuse that the post was threatening. If people view something as a threat, it should be a safety precaution to consider it a threat and look further into it. A recent article that came out this year talks about a teen by the name of Nikolas Cruz who posted a video online possibly on multiple social media sites. In that video he said, “My name is Nik, and I’m going to be the next school shooter of 2018.” This was a threat that was a plan that was thought through. Shortly after the video was posted he went to his own high school and killed 17 students. People took this video as a joke before the shooting, many thought he was joking. Some was suspicious about it in the moment, but did not think about it much afterwards. People need to start taking anything more seriously if we want a safer community. No one called the authorities because someone made something that could be considered harmful. This cause an school shooting to happen. We need to be proactive in this time and age, anything can happen in seconds and if we aren't calling authorities on threats or sentences that seem like threats, people may get injured or even killed. We need to have the possibility of harm being undone, we should arrest people even if there is some reasonable doubt. It should be after they are questioned and brought to court where reasonable doubt should be put into play. People who say things similar to Elonis statement should be legally allowed to be questioned and searched. This will also go for anyone who says anything suspicious online and offline. You need to be careful with what you say online and vice versa for anything offline. It isn't about you threatening someone.I t's not letting the chance of a threat to go through. If someone is questioned and is shown to have intention, it is a threat. If when questioned and search showed that they did not have any intention, they are protected by the freedom of speech. This is about taking a stand before anything bad happens. Even if a threat was claimed to be a joke, we won’t know what their true intentions were. It is impossible to detect if someone is lying, and to go based off someone’s word is a lot more difficult if no evidence can be found. Lie detectors don't work well because it detects blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and skin conductivity. These system can easily be beaten by keeping your cool and many felons got away because of so. Christine Blasey is a good example of a felon who passed the lie detector test. This is why people need to be questioned, to remove doubt. But, just because someone says something convincing doesn't mean that they should be trusted. Those who are questioned for possible threats should be closely monitored for a short period of time after the questioning. To make precautions is a huge thing to do. It helps prevent any threats from going through by either arresting the suspects if evidence is found of going through with the threats or by convincing people to not do it by threatening them with just the fact that they are being look at and observed. This can and will decrease threats going through by a huge amount. No one can be sure on how much it can or will go down. In conclusion, a threat is a threat if there is reasonable suspicion. No one should feel like they are in danger while on the internet. It is not acceptable to make people you know and you don’t know feel in danger just by saying a few words. It should be the case that if anyone, anywhere, says anything that is remotely suspicious or questionable. They are legally allowed to be questioned by authorities until it is decided that the saying meant no harm. Even after authorities have decided that no intentions was there, the suspect should be closely monitor for a period of time afterwards to prevent future events happening based on the threat Majority Opinion- The constitution states that each individual person has the freedom of speech, but there needs to be limits to everything. Articles such as https://theoutline.com/post/5164/wahhhhhhhhhhh?zd=1&zi=r7ti44nz talk about why Waluigi has such a big fan base. He started off as Wario’s partner for Mario Tennis. As the games went on he saw more outings such as the Mario party series, being in everyone except for the first two and Mario party advance. He is a playable character in most spin-off games and has unique voice lines and different ways to play him. He makes cameos in other Mario games as either costumes or powers. Nintendo cares about Waluigi, either putting him as a character or an Easter egg in most spin-off games. They don’t care about him enough to put him in the newest Super Smash Bros as a playable character and that is upsetting for many old players.
This comes to the question in mind if he is in so many other games than why isn’t he in the newest smash? According to http://nintendo.wikia.com/wiki/Waluigi Waluigi has been in 61 games while there are some characters that have only been in two. One of the newest characters added to Super Smash Bros. is Daisy, who is Princess Peach’s counterpart. According to http://nintendo.wikia.com/wiki/Princess_Daisy Daisy has only been in 19 games. Waluigi has been in every game Daisy has been in except for three, two that came out before 2000 (when Mario Party came out), and Super Mario Run, a mobile game. Characters such as Olimer have only been in two main games. The list can go on for character game comparison. Lucas and Ness have only been in one game each, Ness was in Earthbound and Lucas was in Mother 3. Pit has only been in two games and neither games have been super popular. These are just a few of the big list of character in Super Smash bros that have been in less games than other Characters. Characters that aren’t even a part of Nintendo are in Super Smash Bros. We sit here with characters such as Snake from Metal Gear Solid and Sonic The Hedgehog in this fantastic game. Waluigi is a unique character, he has his own personality like most mainstream characters that Nintendo owns. It is ridiculous that a character so loved by the Nintendo community is being pushed off like they are only a trophy. Waluigi is more than just a trophy, he is the most charming character you will ever meet. Such a character should be a playable character in this fantastic game, he is someone who has a really high ego and Nintendo has managed to turn high ego into comedy.. He has met the criteria that other characters had to meet; He may not have his own game, but he is a side antagonist in the Mario games. He doesn't need his own game. Popular Pokemon such as Pikachu, Lucario, and Greninja are in Smash bros. They don't have their own games and they are just a small part of the Pokemon franchise. Walugi may be a small part of the Mario franchise, but he is just as popular as Lucario. He has his reasons for why he should be in Smash. Sadly, he hasn’t been given much love by Nintendo recently. Now, let us not get mad at Nintendo for making the choices they made. Being wrong can sometimes makes things alright. Nintendo can’t add him in as playable character at this point anyways, it can’t be changed. But in the future, if Nintendo learned from their mistakes, he may be a playable character. If we don’t get him in Smash this game instead of screaming at Nintendo, let us hope that he will be in the next game that is yet to be revealed. Everything is set in stone for if he is going to be in the next game. The questions we are asking are why? Why didn’t they consider adding him as a character? What made Nintendo think that Waluigi was only good enough to be an assist trophy? We need to make our voices heard and let Nintendo know that we don’t appreciate what they did. We need to learn to understand why they did it. Coincidentally, Nintendo has not revealed why Waluigi is not in the newest Smash. We need to all stand up for Waluigi and convince Nintendo to make him more than an assist trophy. Get the people to design him if you are out of ideas. People like this person https://aminoapps.com/c/smash/page/blog/waluigi-moveset-idea/3zfB_ug7dqDr3Mj5KBgoXZJGBo5Bnv know ideas for movesets. The people know Waluigi, from everything like what his favorite stuffed animal to his favorite clothes to even what type of deodorant he wears. We have answers to what he is missing for his criteria. If Nintendo is to release a statement explaining why Waluigi cannot be put in Smash, we will give them reasons. |
